Les poetesses occitanes

Les trobairitz eren dones occitanes, coneixedores de música i lletra, que es dedicaven a cantar, explicant els seus amors amb gran atreviment i cortesia. Eren el femení dels trobadors, un exemple d' igualtat de gènere a l' Edat Mitjana.
Malgrat aquesta igualtat, hi ha molt poques trobairitz conegudes, i de fet el nom "trobairitz" ens resulta estrany, mentre que sabem què significa la paraula "trobador".

Carpe Diem

És una expressió llatina, que significa "aprofita el dia".
S' utilitza per dir que s' ha de viure el moment, el que en aquell moment és al nostre avast, aprofitar les nostres possibilitats del present sense esperar al futur.
